Process of sending back the light ray which fall in the surface of an object is called reflection of light. The object having polished shining surfaces reflect more light than object having unpolished, dull surfaces.
Chair or any other thing can be seen from all direction as light falling on it reflect or scatter in all direction because of rough surface.
Light falling on smooth surface is reflected in one direction.
Sliver metal is most reflective material. Reflection take place at the silver layer of the mirror.
